Return, Exchange & Service Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because the majority of our pieces are made-to-order or handcrafted with unique materials, our return and exchange policies differ slightly from traditional jewelry retailers. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Standard Return Policy

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14–30 days of delivery.
The exact return window for your item will be listed on your order confirmation.

Eligible Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and undamaged
  • Free of scratches, dents, or signs of wear
  • Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a repair/reshaping fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our craft and materials, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized pieces (including custom-cut stones, unique material sourcing, or special design requests)
  • Engraved items
  • Resized, altered, or modified pieces
  • Made-to-order items where materials or labor have already been committed
  • Sale or clearance items

Made-to-Order & Artistic Pieces

Many of our pieces are created individually after your order is placed. Because of the labor and materials involved:

  • Returns may be limited or not accepted, even if the item is not custom.
  • A restocking fee of up to 35% may apply to eligible returns.
  • Some orders may require a non-refundable deposit to cover initial production costs.

This policy helps ensure fair compensation for craftsmanship, time, and material sourcing.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for:

  • Different sizes (when the design allows)
  • Alternate styles of equal or greater value

Made-to-order or customized items may not qualify for exchanges unless explicitly stated.

Repairs & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer:

Complimentary or Low-Cost Repairs

We provide repairs for normal wear and tear at little or no cost. Examples include:

  • Light polishing
  • Minor stone tightening
  • Small adjustments

Repairs Not Covered

Damage from misuse, impact, improper care, chemicals, or other external forces may incur a repair fee.
Severely damaged pieces may require re-fabrication at an additional cost.

Special Note on Unique Stones

Pieces featuring one-of-a-kind or custom-cut stones may be difficult or impossible to match exactly. We will make every effort to source a suitable replacement but cannot guarantee identical color, cut, or material.

Fraud Prevention

For the protection of our customers and studio:

  • Returned items may undergo inspection and authentication before refunds are issued.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item returned does not match the original product or shows signs of unauthorized alteration.

Refunds are issued once the inspection is complete and the return is approved.
